Day 1:
Cape Town - Kruger National Park
Your Journey To Balule begins with an early morning flight from Cape Town to Nelspruit, the gateway to Kruger National Park. Upon arrival, you will transfer to your lodge within the park and enjoy a welcoming lunch. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive in one of Africa’s largest and most famous national parks. Kruger is renowned for its incredible diversity of wildlife, including the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. As you traverse the park’s varied landscapes, from dense forests to open savannahs, you’ll encounter a wide array of animals and bird species. Return to your lodge at sunset for a delicious dinner and spend the night immersed in the sounds of the African bush.
Day 2:
Kruger National Park - Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park
After an early breakfast, transfer to Nelspruit Airport for your flight to Upington, followed by a scenic drive to Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and enjoy a hearty lunch. In the late afternoon, set out on a game drive through the park’s unique landscapes, characterized by red sand dunes, sparse vegetation, and dry riverbeds. Kgalagadi is known for its large predator populations, including black-maned lions, cheetahs, and leopards, as well as herds of gemsbok, springbok, and wildebeest. As the sun sets, the sky transforms into a canvas of brilliant colors, providing a spectacular backdrop for your evening game drive. Return to your lodge for a traditional South African braai (barbecue) dinner and an overnight stay.
