After a morning departure, you’ll make your way to the Lion Park Resort, Botswana’s first permanent amusement and wildlife park. Upon arrival, you’ll start your day with thrilling rides and water attractions, perfect for adrenaline enthusiasts and families alike. The park also offers a unique opportunity to view lions up close in a secure environment. In the afternoon, you can relax by the pool or explore more of the park’s offerings, such as mini-golf or the children’s playground. As the day winds down, you’ll enjoy a leisurely dinner at one of the park’s restaurants before heading back to Gaborone for an overnight stay.

On the second day, after an early breakfast in Gaborone, you’ll depart for the Khama Rhino Sanctuary, a community-based conservation project dedicated to saving Botswana’s endangered rhinoceros population. Upon arrival, you’ll embark on your first game drive through the reserve’s diverse habitats, which include open grasslands, woodlands, and natural waterholes.
