Join us for an exciting three-day tour from Antananarivo to the picturesque volcanic village of Ampefy. During the tour, you will visit the Analavory Geysers, explore the beautiful Lily Waterfall and stroll along Lake Itasy. On your return, we visit Lemurs Park to see various lemurs and reptiles. On the second day, we will explore Mantasoa village, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Mantasoa and spot lemurs at Nosy Soa Park. Itinerary
8:00am: Depart from Antananarivo
Begin your journey with a scenic 3-hour drive to Ampefy, a peaceful town known for its breathtaking volcanic landscapes and lakes. You will enjoy views of rolling hills, rural villages and farmlands along the way.
11:00am: Geysers of Analavory
Upon arrival, head to the Analavory cold geysers. Witness the natural hot springs as they spout water into the air and explore the tranquil surroundings. Afterward, return to Ampefy for lunch at a local restaurant to sample traditional Malagasy dishes such as Romazava or Ravitoto.
2:30pm: Visit Lily Waterfall
After lunch, hike to the stunning Lily Waterfall, one of Ampefy's top attractions. Relax and capture photos of this picturesque cascade.
4:00pm: Explore Lake Itasy
Take a stroll along the shores of Lake Itasy, Madagascar's third-largest lake, or go for a boat ride to enjoy the serene volcanic views.
6:30pm: Check-in and dinner
Enjoy dinner at the Farihy Hotel or a nearby restaurant.
